A bill to terminate the authorization for the Meramec Park Lake, Missouri, and for other purposes.

Terminates the authorization of the Meramec Park Lake flood control project, Missouri.

Directs the Secretary of the Army, through the Chief of Engineers, to: (1) take no action to dispose of works or lands; (2) maintain project lands and structures pending further disposition by Congress; (3) investigate what manner of disposition and future utilization of the lands and structures best serves the public interest; and (4) report the results of such investigation to Congress. Authorizes the use of the funds from the deauthorized project to carry out the provisions of this Act.
