A bill to transfer the administration of Ruby Lake National Wildlife Refuge, Nevada, to the State of Nevada.

Authorizes the transfer of all control and jurisdiction over the Ruby Lake National Wildlife Refuge, Nevada, to the State of Nevada.

Exempts such Refuge from the provisions of specified laws and regulations concerning wildlife management and conservation.
