Authorizes the Secretary of Defense to provide transportation to the Girl Scouts of the United States to and from International World Friendship Events or Troops on Foreign Soil meetings which occur outside the United States.
Allows U.S. citizen delegates coming from outside the United States to travel on United States military aircraft and vessels to attend triennial meetings of the National Council of the Girl Scouts of the United States of America.
Requires the Girl Scouts to reimburse the Government for the actual cost of such transportation.
