Requires the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency to cancel the registration of 2,4,5-T and any other pesticide containing 2,3,7,8-tetrachlorodibenzo-p-dioxin (TCDD) under the provisions of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act.
