Contract Services for Drug Dependent Federal Offenders Act - Rescinds the authority of the Attorney General with respect to: (1) certification of community supervision programs for drug dependent persons on probation and termination of a person's participation in such a program; and (2) contracting for supervisory aftercare of an offender.
