National Honey Act - Directs the Secretary of Agriculture, through the Commodity Credit Corporation, to support the price of honey marketed between January 1, 1979 and December 31, 1982, at a level to be determined according to a specified formula.
Authorizes the Secretary to enter into or approve agreements under which honey producers will conduct information dissemination and advertising and sales promotion programs. Authorizes pro rata deductions, subject to approval by a producer referendum, from price support payments to producers in a certain area in order to defray the expenses of such programs.
