Federal Trade Commission Regulatory Review Act - Amends the Federal Trade Commission Act to require that any rule promulgated under such Act be transmitted to the Congress. Prescribes procedures for Congressional review of any such rules and for resolutions of dissapproval preventing rules from becoming effective.
