Rocky Gorge National Environmental Center Act - Directs the Secretary of the Interior to establish the Rocky Gorge National Environmental Center, Maryland, and to provide for wildlife-oriented recreation and nature study within such area. Authorizes appropriations to carry out the provisions of this Act.
