A bill to amend the Export Administration Act of 1969 to curtail the export of crude oil and certain petroleum products, and for other purposes.
Domestic Petroleum Supply and Security Act - Amends the Export Administration Act to prohibit the exportation of domestically produced petroleum products as defined in the Energy Policy and Conservation Act. Allows such petroleum products to be temporarily exported for refining or processing if such products reenter and are consumed in the United States.
Sets forth criteria which must be met for domestically produced petroleum products to be exported under this Act.
