A bill to expand the class of collateral eligible for use as security for Federal Reserve notes.

Amends the Federal Reserve Act to expand the class of collateral eligible for use as security for Federal Reserve notes to include any obligations which are direct obligations of, or are fully guaranteed as to principal and interest by, the United States or any agency thereof.
