A bill to terminate production controls on peanuts, to terminate price support operations in effect for such commodity, and to remove customs duties and import quotas on such commodity.

Amends the Agricultural Adjustment Act of 1938 to terminate, effective with the 1979 crop, all acreage allotments, poundage quotas, marketing quotas, and price support operations for peanuts.
