Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to pay a specified sum to Hot Springs County, Arkansas, such sum representing indebtedness which was incurred due to the increased cost of materials and labor for construction of a bicentennial park that was not covered by the original grant.
Relieves such county of all liability for repayment to the United States of a specified sum due the United States in connection with such park.
