A bill to amend the Act creating the Indian Claims Commission to repeal the provision limiting the activities of commissioners during the two years following their terms of office.

Repeals the prohibition preventing former Indian Claims Commissioners from representing any Indian interest, or having any financial interest in any Indian claim, for a two-year period after leaving office.
