A bill to amend the Public Health Service Act to extend programs relating to venereal disease, and for other purposes.
Venereal Disease Amendments - Amends the Public Health Service Act to authorize appropriations through fiscal year 1981 for projects and programs for the prevention and control of venereal disease.
Requires the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare to establish and maintain a corps of not less than 850 noncommissioned officers and employees of the United States to advise and otherwise engage in the conduct of programs and projects for the prevention and control of venereal disease.
