Amends the Central, Western, and South Pacific Fisheries Development Act to direct the Secretary of Commerce to consult and cooperate with appropriate member nations of the South Pacific Regional Fishery Agency in carrying out the purposes of the Act.
Authorizes the Secretary, in consultation with all member nations of the Agency and other specified parties, to establish an additional program for the development of tuna and other latent fishery resources.
Increases appropriation authorizations to carry out the purposes of the Act through fiscal year 1982.
