=Title III: Boundary Changes and Miscellaneous Provisions= - Permits the Secretary of the Interior to make changes in the boundaries of 21 specified units of the National Park System.
Makes specified boundary changes, effective upon publication in the Federal Register, of a map or other description of the change. Specifies procedures to be followed by the Secretary of the Interior in the acquisition of lands covered by this Act.
Amends the Act of July 21, 1955 to redesignate the City of Refuge National Historical Park as the Honaunau National Historical Park.
Permits the Secretary to revise the boundaries of the Allegheny Portage Railorad National Historic Site and the Jamestown Flood National Memorial, in Pennsylvania.
Defines the boundaries of the Fort Laramie National Historic Site, Wyoming.
