A bill to create a rural community development bank to assist in rural community development by making financial, technical, and other assistance available for the establishment or expansion of commercial, industrial, and related private and public facilities and services, and for other purposes.
Rural Community Development Bank Act - Establishes the Rural Community Development Bank to provide financial, technical, and planning assistance to private and public entities in nonmetropolitan areas. Makes provisions for the management and capitalization of such bank.
