A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 to provide a deduction from gross income for individuals of the amount of social security taxes paid during the tax year.

Amends the Internal Revenue Code to allow as a deduction from the gross income of an individual the social security taxes paid with respect to his wages and self-employment income.
