A bill to amend the Commodity Exchange Act to prevent conflicts of interests and the appearance of conflicts of interest by former Commissioners and specified employees of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission.

Amends the Commodity Exchange Act to prohibit any Commissioner or grade GS-15 or higher employee of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission from representing any person before the Commission for a period of one year beginning on the last day of service as such Commissioner or employee.
