A bill to amend the Communications Act of 1934 with regard to the broadcasting of certain professional sports clubs' games.

Amends the Communications Act of 1934 to invalidate agreements preventing the broadcast of a professional sports game, including postseason games, at the same time and in the same area in which the game is to be played if all tickets to such game have been sold 48 hours before gametime in the case of a regular season game and 24 hours before gametime in the case of a postseason game.
