North Country National Scenic Trail Act - Establishes the North Country Trail within Federal lands in New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota and North Dakota. Provides for the inclusion of State, local, and privately held lands. Directs the Secretary of the Interior to implement the provisions of this Act.
