Continental Divide National Scenic Trail Act - Amends the National Trails System Act to establish the Continental Divide National Scenic Trail within Federal lands located in Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, Colorado, and New Mexico. Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to consult with relevant State and Federal officials in the administration of the lands designated under this Act.
