A bill to designate a segment of the Dolores River in the State of Colorado as a component of the National Wild and Scenic Rivers System, and for other purposes.

Amends the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act to designate a specified segment of the Delores River, Colorado, as a component of the National Wild and Scenic Rivers System.

Directs the Secretaries of Agriculture and Interior to cooperate with relevant State and local officials and with interested private parties in the development of a management plan for the wild river component.

Restricts the amount of land in the wild river component that may be withdrawn from appropriation under mineral leasing and mining laws.
