A bill to amend the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act by increasing the appropriation authorizations therein and for other purposes.

Amends the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act by increasing the appropriation authorization ceiling for: (1) the study of specified rivers; and (2) the acquisition of land and interests in land along the following river areas: Chattooga (North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia), Eleven Point (Missouri), Rouge (Oregon), Upper St. Croix (Minnesota and Wisconsin), and Salmon (Middle Fork, Idaho).
