A bill to prohibit the concurrent exercise of functions, powers, and duties which are exercised by an officer appointed by the President by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, by an officer who has not received such advice and consent.
Concurrent Authority Exercise Prohibition Act - Prohibits any Federal officer whose appointment is not subject to Senate approval from concurrently exercising the same authorities, functions, or duties of an officer whose appointment is by law required to receive the advice and consent of the Senate.
