A bill to amend certain provisions of law relating to land claims by the United States in Riverside County, California, based upon the accretion or avulsion and for other purposes.

Expands the Riverside County, California land tract to which the United States claims based upon accretion or avulsion are subject to legal and equitable defenses to which private persons asserting such claims would be subject.
