A bill to establish a bipartisan National Parity Farm Income Commission to examine and analyze the current agricultural income problems of farmers in the United States, and for other purposes.
National Parity Farm Income Commission Act - Establishes the National Commission on Parity Farm Income to conduct a nonpartisan investigation and analysis of the current farm income situation, including the effectiveness of the Food and Agriculture Act of 1977 in assuring parity income for agricultural producers with various sizes of operations, and to report its recommendations to Congress after 12 months. Authorizes the appropriations of $1,500,000 without fiscal year limitation, to carry out the provisions of this Act.
