A bill to amend title XIX of the Social Security Act to provide that optional State coverage for medically needy individuals may be limited to those individuals under age 18.

Amends Title XIX (Medicaid) of the Social Security Act to permit States to limit medical assistance under such Title to individuals under age 18 who do not receive benefits under other State approved programs of such Act.
