Hubert H. Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs and the Everett McKinley Dirksen Congressional Leadership Research Center Assistance Act - Authorizes the Commissioner of Education to provide financial assistance to assist in the development of the Hubert H. Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs at University of Minnesota, Minneapolis-Saint Paul.
Authorizes up to $5,000,000 to be appropriated for such purpose.
Authorizes the Commissioner to make grants to assist in the development of the Everett McKinley Dirksen Congressional Leadership Research Center, located in Pekin, Illinois.
Authorizes to be appropriated not to exceed $2,500,000 for such purpose.
