A bill to amend section 813 of the Agricultural Act of 1970 in order to require the Secretary of Agriculture to purchase 3 million tons of feed grains for inclusion in the disaster reserve provided for in such section.

Amends the Agricultural Act of 1970 to change from seventy-five million bushels to three million tons the amount of wheat, feed grains, and soybeans which the Secretary of Agriculture is required to keep in separate disaster reservee inventories. Directs the Secretary to purchase three million tons of feed grains for such reserves within six months of the enactment of this Act.
