A bill to repeal provisions of title 10, United States Code, which imposes certain restrictions on enlisted members of the armed forces and on members of military bands.

Removes the present restrictions which prohibit enlisted members of the armed forces on active duty from engaging in a civilian pursuit or business or prohibit members of the Army, Navy, Air Force, or Marine bands from receiving remuneration for furnishing music outside of a military base where such activities are in competition with local civilians.
