National Manned Undersea Science and Technology Act - Directs the Secretary of Commerce to establish a national manned undersea science and technology program to enhance the Nation's capability to support marine science and resource development through manned undersea techniques.
Authorizes the Secretary to grant funds and enter into contracts with United States citizens to carry out this Act.
Authorizes appropriations for fiscal years 1979 through 1983 to carry out the purpose of this Act.
