A bill for the relief of Hildegard Mercedes Schlubach Ercklentz, Enno W. Ercklentz, Jr., Hildegarde Ercklentz Merrill, and Alexander T. Ercklentz, all citizens of the United States.

Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to pay a specified sum out of War Claims Funds to four individuals, descendants of a certain deceased person whose shares of stock and bank account were acquired by the Attorney General for the benefit of the United States under the Trading With the Enemy Act as a result of erroneous findings of fact and law.
