A bill to amend title 18, United States Code, so as to make unlawful the taking of certain equipment from federally documented vessels.

Makes it a Federal crime to steal or destroy any lifesaving, navigational, or other equipment utilized in the operation of any vessel with Federal documentation or to break into and enter any such vessel with intent to commit a felony.
