A bill to amend the Canal Zone Code with respect to the appointment and service of probation officers.

Amends the Canal Zone Code to provide that probation officers for the Panama Canal Zone shall be appointed by the United States District Court for the District of the Canal Zone rather than the Governor of the Zone. Revises the duties and powers of probation officers in the Zone.
