A bill to permit any surviving spouse of a person interred in a post cemetery or the post section of a national cemetery to be interred in such cemetery.

Authorizes the interment in the same grave site or in an adjoining grave site of a deceased person's surviving spouse when such deceased person is interred in a post cemetery or the post section of an national cemetery located in the United States or any territory of the United States.
