A bill to implement the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide.

Sets forth penalties for killing, maiming, or committing specified other acts against members of a national, ethnic, racial, or religious group with the intent to destroy such group.

Expresses the sense of Congress with respect to extradition of persons charged with such an act.
