Gospel-Hump Roadless Area Land Allocation Act - Designates specified lands in the Nez Perce National Forest, in the State of Idaho, as the Gospel-Hump Wilderness Area. States that specified contiguous lands shall be developed according to a multipurpose resource development plan.
Requires the Secretary of Agriculture to appoint a seven-member Advisory Committee on the Management of the Gospel-Hump Area.
