A bill to provide for a separate agency within the Department of Labor to be known as the Veterans' Employment Service, and to authorize the appointment of an Assistant Secretary of Labor for Veterans' Employment.

Establishes within the Department of Labor the Veterans' Employment Service headed by the Assistant Secretary of Labor for Veterans' Employment, a position established by this Act, to carry out the policies of specified provisions of law pertaining to veterans' employment and training.
