A bill to provide for the payment of losses incurred as a result of the ban on the use of TRIS in children's wearing apparel.

Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to pay each producer, processor, manufacturer or other affected business an undesignated set sum in full satisfaction of any claim for losses resulting from the Consumer Product Safety Commission's ban on Tris.
