Simpliform Tax Act

Simpliform Tax Act - Amends the Internal Revenue Code to repeal and/or restrict specified tax credits, deductions, exclusions and other items of tax preference relating to the individual income tax. Lowers individual income tax rates. Taxes gains on appreciated property passing by gratuitous transfer as though the property was sold by the transferor.
