A bill to prohibit the taking of land by condemnation in connection with any proposed Mount Mitchell National Park in the State of North Carolina, if hereafter authorized and established by the Congress, and to prohibit the curtailment of the hunting, fishing, and gathering rights currently enjoyed in any areas included within any such proposed park if such park is hereafter so authorized and established.
