A bill to amend part A of title IV of the Social Security Act so as to provide, for a one-year period, further Federal financial participation in State programs carried out pursuant to plans approved under such part.

Amends the program of Aid to Families with Dependent Children of Title IV of the Social Security Act to increase, according to a specified formula, Federal financial participation in State approved programs under such Title during the one year period beginning after September 30, 1977.
