Establishes the Seward National Recreation Area in Alaska to be administered by the Secretary of Agriculture. Extends the boundaries of the Chugach National Forest to include all lands in the Recreation Area.
Authorizes the Secretary of Agriculture to regulate hunting, fishing, and trapping in such area. Permits limited issuance of permits and leases for the removal of minerals.
Authorizes to be appropriated such sums as are necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act.
