A bill establishing the Bull Run Watershed management unit, Mount Hood National Forest, specifying authorized uses therein, authorizing the Secretary of Agriculture and the city of Portland jointly and equally to manage the unit.

Establishes a special resources management unit within Mount Hood National Forest, Oregon, to be known as the Bull Run Watershed Management Unit to be jointly managed by the Secretary of Agriculture and the city of Portland, Oregon. Prohibits logging and recreational activities within such Unit.

Sets forth the purposes of the Unit and makes provisions for its management.
