Amends the Legislative Reorganization Act of 1970 to abolish the Joint Committee on Congressional Operations.
Requires the Committee on Rules and Administration of the Senate to (1) assist Members, committees, and officers of the Senate seeking personnel, furnish information with respect to office management procedures, and (3) identify and call to the attention of the Senate any court proceeding or action of vital interest to Congress or the Senate.
