A bill to exclude from income, for purposes of certain programs requiring a needs test, payments made by States to individuals which are based upon attainment of age 65 and duration of residence in such State.

Excludes from income, for purpose of Federal or Federally-funded State public assistance programs which require a needs test for the determination of eligibility or amount of assistance, payments made by States to individuals based upon the attainment of age 65 and duration of residence in such States.
