A bill to limit the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court of the United States and any such inferior court as ordained and established by the Congress of the United States to enter any judgment, decree, or order, denying or restricting, as unconstitutional, the exercise of free religious expression or the saying of voluntary prayer in any public school or other public building.
