United States Customs Court Act - Grants to the Customs Court all the common law and statutory powers of the United States district courts.
Confers upon the Court exclusive jurisdiction over petitions for immediate relief brought with respect to a final order or decision of the Secretary of the Treasury or of the United States Customs Service.
