A bill to amend section 8332(b) of title 5, United States Code, in order to authorize certain national guard employment to be credited for civil service retirement purposes.

Includes as creditable service for civil service retirement purposes service as an employee under contract with the United States that immediately follows employment as a National Guard technician.
